Somos Cambados

O Congreso aprobou este xoves, Día Europeo pola Igualdade Salarial, a toma en consideración da Proposición de Lei de Igualdade Retributiva entre mulleres e homes.

O obxectivo principal desta iniciativa é reducir a fenda salarial con medidas específicas, tales como fomentar a transparencia nos criterios retributivos para correxir as desigualdades salariais.

A PLIR pretende desvelar definitivamente o que significa a igual valoración dos postos de traballo e obriga a que os convenios colectivos especifiquen de modo concreto e obxectivo os criterios utilizados para a valoración na clasificación profesional e por tanto nas retribucións.

A transparencia retributiva é un dos principais eixos da PLIR. Se parte do orzamento de que os traballadores/as non poden demandar nin denunciar se non dispoñen da información necesaria acerca das retribucións abonadas na empresa. Por iso establécese o dereito dos representantes dos traballadores a dispor de información anual retributiva promediada desagregada por xénero. Así mesmo, os traballadores/as terán dereito a que esta mesma información conste nas súas propias nóminas. Esta información permite identificar inmediatamente indicios de discriminación. As empresas de máis de 250 traballadores deberán contar ademais con auditorias salariais.
