Somos Cambados apoia o Comunicado da Coordinadora Estatal de Pensionistas

Decenas de colectivos de pensionistas de todo o Estado decidiron constituir a Coordinadora Estatal en Defensa del Sistema Público de Pensiones. A situación que atravesan millóns de pensionistas é crítica. As súas condicións de vida e as pensións de miseria que perciben máis de 6 millóns de personas as leva a una subsistencia incompatible cunha vida minimamente igna como o feito acontecido en Reus fai uns días. Unhas 7.000 persoas falecen ao ano vítimas da pobreza enerxética, a maioría delas pensionistas, que son maltratadas nos seus últimos días por políticas ruíns de gobernos insensibles que solo favorecen os beneficios das grandes eléctricas. Gobernos que poñen os dereitos á vida en mans de empresas privadas que subiron o prezo da luz un 55% nos últimos 4 anos. Prezos que son aprobados co visto e prace en Consellos de Administración nutridos por políticos mediante as portas xiratorias.

As reformas del 2011, do PSOE, aumentando a idade de xubilación aos 67 anos, a cotización mínima de 15 a 25 anos e o aumento da base reguladora dos 35 aos 37 anos, xunto á reforma do PP que introduce os factores de equidade e sostenibilidade en función da esperanza de vida, condenan a millóns de pensionistas a unha vida de sufrimento e miseria.

As reformas laborais dos respectivos gobernos xeraron unhas contratacións miserables que non permiten unha vida digna, especialmente aos xóvenes traballadores. Estas reformas laborais contibuíron ao déficit da Seguridade Social e a conseguinte imposibilidade de manter os ingresos necesarios para o pago das pensións.

Os aforros existentes na hucha das pensións foron baleirados polo goberno do PP ano tras ano, argumentando que a Seguridade Social está en déficit e non hai diñeiro para pagar as pensións. En menos dun ano as pagas extraordinarias d@s xubilad@s non se poderán cobrar. Mentras tanto, España está á cabeza en corrupción, evasión fiscal e en traballo sumerxido, ao que hai que engadir unha presión fiscal 12 puntos inferior á media europea e cun especial trato de favor ás grandes fortunas e rendas do capital.

Millóns de pensionistas viven con incertidume e temor as políticas económicas do goberno. A suba miserable do 0,25%, 1€ para moitos pensionistas, supón unha burla para millóns de persoas, cando desde o 2011, o IPC acumulado real foi superior ao 6,5%. Se a elo lle engadimos o saqueo da hucha común, a perda salarial de cada pensión supón máis dun 18%, que se poderá visualizar nas nóminas do ano que ven.

A Coordinadora Estatal en Defensa do Sistema Público de Pensións esixe ao goberno unha táboa reivindicativa. Imos tomar as rúas de tódalas cidades o vindeiro día 20 de decembro, para esixir os nosos dereitos robados nos últimos anos e pedir responsabilidades aos culpables das mortes provocadas pola pobreza económica e enerxética.

REIVINDICACIÓNS :
Bloque legal:
1.- Recoller as pensións como un dereito constitucional, e incluir as mesmas
nos presupostos xerais do estado
2.- Restablecer a xubilación Ordinaria os 65.
3.-Xubilación anticipada sin penalizar con 40 ou mais anos cotizados = 100%.
4.- Recuperación do Subsidio para maiores de 52 anos.
5.- Integración dos Rexímenes especiais en todos os seus campos.

Bloque económico:
1.- Pensión mínima de 1080 € que garantice con dignidade a vida en relación
a criterios da Carta Social Europea.
2.- Revalorización automática das pensións en relación o IPC real.
3.- Recuperación económica do perdido dende 2011.

Bloque Social:
1. Homologación das Prestacións a niveis europeos.
2. Modificación tope mínimo en caso de doble pagador.
3.- Reducción ata a desaparición da Fenda de xénero nas pensións.
4.- Pleno e inmediato funcionamento da Lei de Dependencia.
5.- Eliminar todo tipo de copago, restablecer os dereitos sanitarios.
6.- Garantía dos suministros básicos (enerxía, auga, transporte…)
7.- Dereitos Humáns, (Dereito a Vida, a Liberdade, o Traballo, Sanidade, Vivenda, Refuxiados, Extranxería, etc.).
