Cambados demanda á Xunta a apertura do centro de día no 2017

O Consorcio Galego de Igualdade e Benestar comprometeuse no Parlamento á posta en marcha do Centro de Día durante este 2017, pero, sen embargo, a dous meses de que remate o ano, aínda non se sacou a licitación. O Concelleiro de Servicios Sociais e o portavoz de goberno, Tino Cordal e Xurxo Charlín, respectivamente, entenden que “a Xunta continúa atrasando os prazos administrativos por cuestións políticas faltando á palabra dada na Cámara Galega”

Neste sentido, argumentan que o Consorcio de Benestar tardou cinco meses en adxudicar a instalación do mobiliario para o centro de día, e que a licitación da xestion será “nas vindeiras semanas”, segundo a última comunicación que recibiron da Xunta. Con estes plazos ambos concelleiros estiman que a apertura se dilatará ata o ano que ven.

O concello de Cambados esixe á Xunta de Galicia que cumpra o seu compromiso e abra o centro de día este ano. Segundo o goberno local, a falta de vontade política é o que está a lastrar a apertura destas instalacións, que se remataron no 2016 e que dependen do goberno autonómico. Hoxe o Consorcio Galego de Igualdade e Benestar anunciaba a licitación da dotación de equipamento por valor de 67.000 euros. Cambados terá que esperar polo seu centro de día. Este ano, a Xunta comprometíase a abrir o centro de día cambadés no ano 2017, en resposta a unha pregunta plantexada polo voceiro de En Marea, Luis Villares. Uns prazos que, dende o concello, non confían en que se cumpran por falta de vontade política. Segundo o edil de Facenda, o concello cambadés cumpriu co acordado co Consorcio. Así, nos orzamentos do 2017 reservaron unha partida para sufragar unha terceira parte do equipamento e da apertura. Durante a rolda de prensa desta mañá os dous edís recordaron a necesidade que ten Cambados de que se abra este centro de día. Actualmente, hai moitos veciños en listaxe de agarda e outros que se desprazan a centros semellantes fóra da vila.
