Somos Cambados

O portal de transparencia do Concello de Cambados recibiu máis de 20.000 visitas desde a súa posta en marcha en decembro do 2015.

Durante este período, incrementáronse as solicitudes de acceso a información pública, tanto por medios electrónicos como en papel no rexistro do concello. O pasado mes de setembro foi o que maior número de visitas obtivo dende a creación do Portal no exercicio 2015, polo que o Concello de Cambados subliña o incremento notable das visitas no que vai de ano.

Nos accesos contabilizáronse máis de 20.000 visitas e foron consultadas un total de 55 páxinas, a maioría, o 8,92% das visitas realizadas, en relación coa Declaración de bens dos concelleiros; logo, un 8% das visitas do portal, corresponde coa consulta das Ordenanzas e da normativa municipal, ademais da que se atopa en vigor, tamén a que esta en tramitación nas súas diferentes fases. Séguenlle cun 6,83% das visitas totais realizadas, as consultas en páxinas relacionadas con altos cargos da Administración Local; e cun 5,54% as visitas ao Taboleiro de Anuncios Virtual do Concello de Cambados; un 3,63% das visitas consultan a Transparencia Económica Financeira; un 3,53% das consultas realízanse para poder consultar as actas dos Plenos ou ver a gravación dos mesmos; un 3,44% son consultas dos Orzamentos e un 3,22% son as visitas realizadas para a consultar o estado das contratacións públicas do Concello de Cambados.

Do total de visitas, o Martes é o día que máis visitas se realizan no Portal, un 22% das mesmas, e ás 22:00h. cun 9% das consultas, é a franxa horaria que maior número de visitas ten. Por meses foi o pasado mes de setembro con preto de dúas mil visitas o mes que maior afluencia tivo, seguido de xaneiro de 2016 con 1.462 visitas e decembro de 2015 e abril de 2016 con máis de 1.200 visitas neses meses.

Os lugares de procedencia destas visitas, un total de 38 estados, destaca España que foi o que máis consultas realizou (19.037). Séguenlles Estados Unidos (507); Francia (79); Portugal (32); Canada (31); Reino Unido (27); e Brasil (26) foron os lugares das visitas ao Portal de Transparencia Cambades que maior número de visitas realizaron por procedencia, inda que tamén se realizaron consultas dende Suíza, Noruega, Italia, Alemaña, Países Baixos, Finlandia, Bélxica, Irlanda, Austria, Suecia, Grecia, Arxentina, Uruguai, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Bolivia, Perú, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Ghana, India, Filipinas, México, Rusia e mesmo ata de Singapur…

O Concelleio de Somos Cambados, Xurxo Charlín, destacou que a web foi mellorada en accesibilidade facilitando as consultas ao Taboleiro Virtual así como na materia de Contratación de obras e servizos,  xa que a transparencia debe facilitar o acceso do cidadán á información sobre a actuación do seu concello, as súas fontes, bases de datos e plans ou programas de actuación, co obxectivo de reforzar a súa confianza.  Lonxe queda, a pesar de pasar só uns anos, cando o anterior goberno e actual grupo da oposición, publicaba os orzamentos de 2011 e non os volveu actualizar na web municipal, ou ameazaba con expulsar do Pleno a quen gravase as sesións do Pleno por ser supostamente ilegal, e que agora quere esixir transparencia ao actual goberno, mesmo cando ten documentación do concello antes de que se faga publica nos Boletíns Oficiais.
