Somos Cambados

Os anteriores Obradoiros do Concello de Cambados acadaron un grado de ocupación superior o 70%

O concello de Cambados ven de publicar no portal de transparencia o listado do órgano de selección realizado polo grupo de traballo mixto, formado por Funcionarios da Consellería de Economía, Emprego e Industria, xunto técnicos municipais, para a contratación temporal de persoal para o proceso de selección do persoal directivo, docente, persoal de apoio e de Traballadores-Participantes do Obradoiro de Emprego “Renovación urbana e medioambiental Cambados, Cidade Europea do Viño”.

Aos candidatos que se seleccionaron estes días esixíuselles que estean anotados nas oficinas de emprego. Ademais, o proceso dá prioridade ás persoas beneficiarias da Renda de Integración social de Galicia (Risga), que comprende a mulleres vítimas de violencia de xénero, menores de 30 anos, traballadores que esgotaron as prestacións ou subsidios por desemprego, parados de longa duración, maiores de 45 anos, solicitantes con discapacidade ou en risco de exclusión social e persoas sen titulación universitaria ou de FP de grado superior.

Favorecer a inserción laboral

O Obradoiro de Emprego comezará en setembro, e terá unha duración 9 meses. O Portavoz municipal e concelleiro de Somos Cambados, Xurxo Charlín, destacou que os desempregados seleccionados “vanse formar nun oficio mentres realizan obras ou prestación de servizos de interese social, que posibiliten unha formación profesional para ou emprego e a súa posterior inserción laboral”. Tamén resaltou que os participantes recibirán unha vez terminada a actividade un certificado de profesionalidade que terá validez en todo o Estado, destacando que “a creación de emprego segue sendo a principal prioridade do Goberno local» e que neste campo faránse todos os esforzos e impulsará, como vén facendo, todas as iniciativas que faciliten a creación de postos de traballo en Cambados.

Os anteriores Obradoiros do Concello de Cambados acadaron un grado de ocupación superior o 70%, así o Obradoiro para a Mocidade 2015 “Cambados emprego xuvenil” contou cunha ocupación dun 77% de inserción, ou mesmo o Obradoiro “Cambados Turismo Sostible III” que acadou un 73% de inserción, o que demostra o alto indice de inserción dos obradoiros de emprego que se realizarón en Cambados.

 A finalidade deste obradoiro de emprego é por un lado a formación e o emprego dun dos colectivos máis prexudicados pola crise como son os maiores de 45 anos e os mozos e, por outro lado, dar resposta á demanda dos cambadeses tanto do casco histórico como das parroquias do rural e, máis en concreto, dos emprendedores do sector do turismo e do comercio, para mellorar a imaxe patrimonial, cultural e de ocio, fomentando o turismo e facilitando a desestacionalización do mesmo neste Concello.
