Cambados saca a licitación as dúas novas caldeiras de Biomasa

As Obras terán un custe de 96.761,28€ e serán financiadas ao 80% polo INEGA con cargo a Fondos Europeos. Con este novo sistema non só se vai reducir o consumo enerxético, se non tamén as emisións de CO2 a atmosfera

O Concello de Cambados ven de publicar na web municipal e no portal de Transparencia de Cambados, o anuncio de licitación das obras de Dotación de caldeiras de biomasa para o edificio do Auditorio e no Edificio Administrativo da Rúa Ourense. Con esta publicación deste anuncio de licitación pretendese reducir os custes das obras a realizar nas mesmas e primar a igualdade de oportunidades e a competencia entre os licitadores. As Obras terán un custe de 96.761,28€ e serán financiadas ao 80% polo INEGA con cargo aos fondos comunitarios derivados do Programa Operativo Galicia 2014-2020 Feder. As empresas interesadas en tomar parte no procedemento de contratación, deberán presentar a súas proposicións no Rexistro Xeral do Concello de Cambados, tendo de prazo ata o vindeiro 2 de outubro, en horario de 8.30 a 14.30 horas de luns a venres.

Os criterios de adxudicación son dous, menor prezo sobre o previsto na licitación ata 60 puntos e proposta de redución de prazos ata 40 puntos, o prazo previsto de execución e dun mes e deberá cumprir na súa totalidade as características técnicas que se esixen e máxime tendo en conta que as caldeiras irán situadas en salas de caldeiras existentes e as instalacións novas terán que adaptarse ás mesmas de forma que se evite no posible a necesidade de acometer obras de grande envergadura e un exemplo destas sería a construción de novas chemineas.

Con esta obra, o Concello de Cambados vai mudar as dúas caldeiras instaladas en ámbolos dous edificios municipais para primar o aforro enerxético e a redución de emisións de CO2 a atmosfera, continuando coa implantación deste sistema como xa se fixo noutros edificios municipais, sendo o ano pasado o edificio sociocultural da Merced o ultimo no que se instalou este sistema na caldeira substituíndo a anterior de gasoil que non chegara a entrar en funcionamento.

Instalarase un sistema de biomasa nos dous edificios tipo caldeira-tandem de pellet, 2x56W, potencia total 112kW divididos en dous corpos de caldeira, garantindo así un óptimo nivel de modulación, con xestión de combustión mediante sonda de cámara de combustión e sensor de presión, cun rendemento do 93%, apropiada para o uso con silo de obra, sistema de alimentación neumático, intercambiador de calor, queimador, control de mando da caldeira e limpeza automática dos intercambiadores. O sistema de regulación permite o funcionamento modulante, así como un funcionamento alternativo nos momentos nos que unha sola caldeira cubra a demanda, como en primaveira ou outono, aumentando tamén a disponibilidade en caso de avería. Tamén permitirá a telexestión do sistema precisando só acceso a internet.

Con este novo sistema non só se vai reducir o consumo enerxético, se non tamén as emisións de CO2 a atmosfera, xa que en cada un dos centros a pegada de carbono para o gasóleo (8040 litros equivalentes á demanda de enerxía) sería de 20,17 Tn de CO2 e para o pellet sería de 1,17 Tn. Polo tanto a redución da pegada de carbono das dúas edificación usando pellets de madeira vai ser de 38 Tn (fonte para o cálculo: documento recoñecido CTE de coeficientes de paso para CO2).
