Publícanse no Portal de Transparencia os Gastos e Ingresos da Festa do Albariño

Somos Cambados

Publicase unha táboa cos asistentes e convidados ao Xantar do Albariño dos últimos 10 anos. O concello tamén pública os Gastos da Festa do Albariño do Exercicio 2016 unha vez que se recibiron a totalidade das facturas desa edición. 

Consulta no Portal de Transparencia

A Concellaría de Económica e Facenda de Cambados,  que dirixe Xurxo Charlín de Somos Cambados, ven de publicar no Portal de Transparencia municipal a relación de Gastos e Ingresos aprobados da Festa do Albariño 2017,  xa que actualmente non foron aprobadas polos técnicos municipais do concello de Cambados a totalidade das facturas de gasto da Festa do Albariño desta edición, o estar nalgún dos casos en proceso de comprobación para darlle a súa conformidade, ou mesmo non se recibiron no concello, como ocorre coas liquidacións de Portos de Galicia pola ocupación dos terreos portuarios.

Inda así, cabe salientar que xa se recibiron unha gran parte das facturas de gasto desta edición, xa que segundo os datos remitidos polos técnicos municipais do Departamento de Contabilidade, os gastos desta edición da festa do Albariño xa aprobados ascenden a un total de 248.000,43€, destacando os 17.363,50€ da publicidade realizada en medios internacionais para cumprir cos requisitos para obter a declaración de Festa de Interese Turístico Internacional, os 9.075€ dos Fogos do Albariño, os 45.331,55€ dos custes de Produción dos concertos do Albariño, os 13.915€ do aluguer do escenario de Fefiñans, os 40.000€ do concerto dos “The Waterboys”, ou os 16.940€ do concerto dos Herdeiros da Cruz.

No apartado de Ingresos, o concello de Cambados ten contabilizados un total de 139.037,29€, dos cales 28.000€ corresponden a Axencia de Turismo de Galicia que concede o mesmo importe a tódalas Festas consideras de Interese Turístico Nacional como é o caso da Festa do Albariño; tamén se inclúen a subvención de 6.000€ da Deputación de Pontevedra; un total de 25.500€ do Patrocinio de empresas privadas; os 13.086€ ingresados polos Food Trucks, importe moi superior aos 9.000€ polos que se viña recadando nos últimos anos coa carpa gastronómica que se instalaba no mesmo lugar; 41.000€ das liquidacións dos Postos de Feiras e Barracas, dos que a día de hoxe se ingresaron 13.400€, xa que inda se atopa as liquidacións emitidas polo departamento de Tesouraría en período voluntario de ingreso polos obrigados tributarios; os 12.806,29€ dos 30 locais de hostalaría que instalaron barras e terrazas durante a Festa do Albariño, e os 12.645€ da venta das tarxetas do Xantar, e que a día de hoxe están pendentes de abono 5 tarxetas liquidadas a favor da Xunta de Galicia.

Gastos definitivos da Festa do Albariño 2016 e Invitados do Xantar

Ao igual que neste exercicio, os gastos que se fixeran públicos en Setembro de 2016 correspondentes a Festa do Albariño dese ano, eran os que estaban aprobados nesa data polos técnicos e responsables municipais, co compromiso de que unha vez estiveran tódolos gastos presentados e aprobados íanse facer públicos, e que se presentarían tamén no Portal de Transparencia Municipal, documento que xa se pode consultar integramente e que ascenden a un total de 307.088,92€, e nos que se inclúen os gastos de limpeza, que nesa edición se incrementaron considerablemente con respecto a anos anteriores, pero que inda así son inferiores aos 320.475,72€ que se gastaron na Festa do Albariño da edición do exercicio 2010.

Por outra banda tamén se fai público o total de asistentes ao Xantar do Albariño na edición 2017, un total de 584 participantes, dos cales 281 asistiron ao xantar pagando o seu prato cun custe de 45€ por persoa, e 303 foron convidados polo concello, o que supón preto dun descenso do 10% con respecto aos datos de 2016, cantidade moi lonxe dos máis de 700 convidados que chegou a ter o anterior goberno en anteriores edicións; polo que se fan públicos os datos dos asistentes e convidados dos últimos 10 anos para que as veciñas e veciños de Cambados poidan ter unha serie histórica que lle permita comprobar a evolución da Festa do Albariño ao igual que se fai coa relación dos gastos totais que se publican dende 2010.

O actual goberno esta a realizar unha aposta pola transparencia, xa que entendemos que se debe facilitar o acceso do cidadán á información sobre a actuación do seu concello, as súas fontes, bases de datos e plans ou programas de actuación, co obxectivo de reforzar a súa confianza. Por iso, desde o Concello de Cambados estase a traballar por promover a integración e deliberacións públicas, mediante unha información real e obxectiva que promova a participación dos axentes implicados nas políticas públicas, para conseguir unha visión compartida dos asuntos públicos, e que son algunhas das estratexias que nos últimos tempos Cambados decidiu adoptar no marco da súa aposta política por desenvolver un proceso de fortalecemento democrático.
