Luís Villares preguntou ao presidente da Xunta polas medidas para loitar contra a precariedade, unha pregunta que quedou sen resposta evidenciando o desinterese do PP por impulsar o emprego de calidade

 

O voceiro de En Marea, Luís Villares, lamentou que o presidente da Xunta de Galicia semelle non contar con ningunha medida para loitar contra a precariedade laboral no noso país como quedou en evidencia ante a falla total de resposta á pregunta formulada por En Marea sobre as actuacións do Goberno galego contra a precariedade. Na súa intervención na sesión de control do pleno do Parlamento de Galicia, Villares asegurou que o Partido Popular ten instalado un sistema de traballo baseado na “ditadura do precariado”. “A día de hoxe, non pode haber seguridade, nin emancipación, nin recursos para formar unha familia, xa que na actualidade unha persoa de traballa non significa que saia de pobre” afirmou Villares.

As características desta ditadura laboral como relatou o voceiro de En Marea pasan pola temporalidade, os baixos salarios e a perda de dereitos laborais. No tocante a primeira cuestión, á temporalidade, Villares declarou que na actualidade “ter un contrato non é ter un emprego”. No último ano asináronse en Galicia case un millón de contratos, pero só se crearon 18 mil empregos. De media, unha asalariada –porque o precariado ten nome de muller- asina dez contratos anuais para ter traballo durante todo o ano.

Segunda característica, os baixos salarios. Así os asalariados temporais combran de media un 32 por cento menos que un indefinido, o que se traduce en 8.000 euros menos ao ano. En terceiro lugar, a perda de dereitos que deixa cifras como os 20.000 falsos autónomos en Galicia que non teñen dereito nin descanso nin vacacións e concatenan contratos cando tiñan que ter un único contrato. Algo que inflúe tamén na taxa de siniestralidade laboral que ademais de mal pagado, ten máis risco de accidentes disparando a taxa de sinistralidade no noso país.

Unha situación da que é “claramente responsable” o Partido Popular coas súas dúas reformas laborais que ocasionaron perda de dereitos e trouxeron condicións miserables. “Estase creando mini traballos con mini salarios con maxi horarios, situación inédita desde s.XIX” denunciou Luís Villares. A precariedade laboral en Galicia é estructural con datos como que desde 2015 menos do 10 por cento dos novos asalariados teñen emprego de calidade, o resto precario, ou que no total de Galicia, só o 51 por cento das traballadoras teñen un contrato indefinido a tempo completo.

Pese aos datos aportados polo voceiro de En Marea e clara pregunta sobre as medidas impulsadas polo Goberno galego para reverter a situación, o presidente da Xunta limitouse a falar doutras cuestións deixando de lado a precariedade o que da a entender que a Xunta de Galicia non conta con ningún plan ou medida para impulsar o traballo de calidade.  De feito queda demostrada o escaso interese do Goberno galego por esta cuestión datos como que o pasado ano deixáronse sen executar 55 millóns de euros en políticas de emprego, concretamente 33,9 en fomento da mellora de emprego e 21 para formación de desempregadas. “¿Van pagar novamente as lámpadas do Gaiás ou as sentenzas que obrigan a pagar con cartos públicos, máis de 3 millóns de euros, a súa chapuza eólica ou as promesas electorais empregadas para gañar as campañas do PP?” recriminou Villares ao presidente da Xunta de Galicia.
