O voceiro Luís Villares lamentou que o PP continúe sen aclarar cal é a súa postura de cara ao financiamento autonómico e rexeitou calquera xeito de mantemento do sistema actual de statu quo

En Marea defende a soberanía fiscal de Galicia para garantir os recursos necesarios que permitan cumprir coa xustiza social e acabar coa política minguante imposta polo Partido Popular. O voceiro, Luís Villares, anunciou o voto a favor do grupo á toma en consideración da proposición de lei do BNG, para presentar perante o Congreso dos Deputados, pola que se aproba o financiamento de Galicia, aínda que especificou o grupo de En Marea extraería as súas proias consecuencias. Nesta liña o voceiro destacou que o proxecto político de En Marea é un proxecto nacional galego baseado na democracia e xustiza social e cun recoñecemento do contexto da plurinacionalidade e a soberanía fiscal.

Para En Marea a soberanía fiscal é consecuencia do carácter nacional galego recoñecido xa na Constitución do 78 e implica unha corresponsabilidade “ou máis ben responsabilidade” xa que como sinalou o voceiro “é imperfecto aquel sistema que prevé un poder político no que se pode recadar os impostos pero limita as competencias para gastar o recadado”. “A política de ingreso e gasto deben ser corresponsables” explicou.

Outro dos puntos destacados sería o control sobre os ingresos e non só sobre a contención de gasto “un exercicio soberano relacionado coas políticas que deirvan do Estatuto de Autonomía e que permitiría a redistribución da renda riqueza, recadar riqueza de quen a ten, soberanía para facer política social, política fiscal”.

O voceiro de En Marea explicou que esta soberanía fiscal permitiría contar coa suficiencia de recursos para poder atender os dereitos fundamentais da cidadanía. “Fundamentaría a necesidade de saber cales son as necesidades de gasto para saber canto se debe recadar para dotar materialmente o contido da autonomía, ter capacidade política o que significa non só gastar senón tamén decidir como se recada” aclarou Luís Villlares.

“Non nos conformamos coa idea dunha Galicia minguante, que a autonomía política serva dunha vez por todas para atender as necesidades do noso país. Necesitamos unha política fiscal alternativa para cambiar o noso país desde unha perspectiva social” incidiu o voceiro de En Marea que rexeitou calquera mantemento do statu quo actual no modelo do financiamento autonómico.

O principio de cooperación desde a igualdade debe ser a base do novo modelo de financiamento autonómico para En Marea para garantir o solo de ingresos. “Non temos un problema de teito de gasto senón de solo de ingresos. A xente ten dereito a vivir con dignidade e a responsabilidade dos poderes públicos é garantir os recursos” especificou Villares.

“Rexeitamos a desfiscalización dos beneficios empresariais e as grandes riquezas, ou a evasión fiscal que tanto interesa ao PP utilizando Suiza ou Panamá como segundas nacionalidades” afirmou. “Unha soberanía fiscal para garantir recursos que permitan cumprir coa situación social e acabar coa política minguante a que nos ten acostumados o PP” concluíu o voceiro de En Marea.

Villares lamentou en último lugar que a pesar do avanzado do ano e do debate aínda non se coñeza a postura do Partido Popular no noso país en relación ao financiamento autonómico.
