EN MAREA PIDE HOXE NO PARLAMENTO DE GALICIA A APERTURA DO CENTRO DE DÍA DE CAMBADOS

Somos Cambados

-A iniciativa presentada por Luis Villares e Paula Verao solicita que se axilicen os tramites precisos para a posta en funcionamento do Centro de Día de Cambados no que remataron as obas en 2015 e no que a día de hoxe inda non se licitou o equipamento do mesmo pol Xunta de Galicia.   
No ano 2012 o Concello de Cambados cedeulle á Xunta de Galicia a titularidade dos terreos para a construción dun centro de día. As obras do edificio remataron en novembro de 2015. Dende entón, o Concello de Cambados leva pedíndolle á Xunta que se axilicen os trámites pertinentes para a apertura do mesmo.
Para proceder á apertura do Centro de Día, a Xunta pediulle ao Concello que se adherira ao Consorcio Galego de Servizos de Igualdade e Benestar, dependente da Consellería de Política Social. Cambados aprobou dita adhesión no pleno celebrado o 31 de marzo de 2016, comprometéndose así a asumir unha terceira parte dos custos dos usuarios do Centro de Día. Posteriormente, a Xunta esixiulle ao Concello que aportara 20 mil euros para o amoblamento e equipamento do edificio. E o Concello de Cambados destinou unha partida orzamentaria municipal con esa finalidade.


Pero, xa en xuño de 2017, a Xunta non sacou aínda a licitación pública do equipamento e amoblamento do edificio nin a da xestión do centro. Por iso, En Marea vai preguntar este xoves no Parlamento galego cando ten pensado a Consellería de Política Social sacar ambos concursos para poder proceder á apertura do Centro de Día de Cambados.


Tanto Luis Villares como Paula Verao visitaron xunto cos concelleiros de Somos Cambados, Tino Cordal e Xurxo Charlín, as instalacións do Centro de Día en Cambados. Tanto o Portavoz do Grupo Parlamentario coma a deputada parlamentaria de En Marea, denuncian a falla de concreción ao Concello de Cambados dun prazo para a apertura deste centro pese ás continuas peticións realizadas pola administración local. A non apertura do centro provocou xa certo deterioro das instalacións como puideron comprobar hoxe mesmo durante a visita. Por todo isto, En Marea esixirá á Xunta de Galicia que este centro de día arranque a súa actividade canto antes.
