O Concello de Cambados reduce a morosidade o importe máis baixo dende que se elaboran os informes

morosidade– O Concello de Cambados reduciu na metade a morosidade con respecto o exercicio anterior.

– O Concello mantén o prazo do período medio de pago a provedores por debaixo do limite legal.

Segundo os datos facilitados polas previsións dos departamentos de intervención e tesourería municipal con respecto o calculo do período de pago medio a provedores e de morosidade do cuarto trimestre do exercicio 2016, o concello de Cambados esta a mudar a tendencia negativa que arroxaban estes datos nos anteriores exercicios pola débeda herdada dos gastos sen crédito orzamentario do anterior goberno do Partido Popular.

Este incumprimento viña motivado segundo os informes de intervención polos gastos realizados sen consignación orzamentaria polo anterior goberno. Así nos informes de intervención do período medio de pago a provedores di textualmente: “Os motivos principais de dito incumprimento o constitúe os numerosos gastos realizados sen consignación orzamentaria que foron ou están sendo obxecto de expediente de recoñecemento extraxudicial de créditos.”

Neste trimestre, pola contra, o concello de Cambados foi quen de diminuír o período medio de pago por debaixo do limite legal, pasando dos 64 días do 1º Trimestre de 2016 e os 45 días do 2º Trimestre, a poder cumprir o período legal de 30 días de pago a provedores no terceiro trimestre cun prazo de 21 días e mantelo neste cuarto trimestre cun prazo de 27 días. Cumprindo desta maneira cun dos puntos fixados no Plan de Axuste Económico Financeiro imposto polo ministerio de facenda ao non cumprir a estabilidade orzamentario no exercicio 2015 polo excesivo gasto realizado polo anterior goberno.

O mellor dato na morosidade do Concello de Cambados.

A débeda pendente do concello de Cambados con provedores situase no importe máis baixo dende que o concello de Cambados emite informes, así neste trimestre a morosidade e de 591.652,26 €, reducindo a metade a morosidade en comparación co saldo do mesmo trimestre do exercicio 2015, xa que no peche de 2015 cando remataron de presentarse a maioría das facturas do anterior goberno, este importe chegou a ser de 1.180.580,17 €, polo que sendo este dato o máis baixo o peche dun exercicio dende que se emiten informes de morosidade no exercicio 2011.

Dende o concello de Cambados consideramos positivos estes datos o poder cumprir co prazo legal do Período Medio de Pago a provedores que marca a lexislación vixente neste trimestre, mostra nos datos os esforzos en materia económica que se están a realizar, xa que cumprir co prazo de pago a provedores non debe ser so unha exixencia legal se non tamén un esforzo por parte dunha administración eficiente, xa que isto supón que os provedores do concello de Cambados, en moitos casos empresas cambadesas, van cobrar antes os seus traballos e as súas facturas, datos positivos en comparación coa anterior xestión do Partido Popular, xa que a morosidade atopase actualmente no importe máis baixo a peche dun exercicio dende que se emiten este tipo de informes, e así cumprir coa tendencia imposta no Plan de Axuste Económico Financeiro do ministerio de facenda ao non cumprir a estabilidade orzamentaria a finais do exercicio 2015, pola xestión feita do anterior goberno do Partido Popular.
