transparencia-politicaSOMOS CAMBADOS quere un Concello transparente, un concello no que a información este a disposición de tódolos veciños, e na que calquera veciño teña igualdade de trato perante as administracións. Entendemos que esta Transparencia que esiximos ten que nacer en nos mesmos, por iso tódalas nosas asembleas son públicas, o igual que os nosos documentos que se atopan a dispor dos veciños na nosa web. De feito somos o unica candidatura que fixo publica as súas contas na campaña electoral, e dende aquí facemos un chamamento público o resto de candidaturas que se presentan as vindeiras eleccións de maio para que tamén o fagan.

Transparencia que non se da no concello de Cambados, xa que a día de hoxe non se fixo público o contrato coa empresa Contalocal, S.L. é unha empresa que, segundo consta nos reparos da interventora municipal de Cambados, está contratada polo concello para o mantemento informático da entidade mediante un contrato que non cumpre a lexislación vixente, e que requirimos que se fixera público por parte do concello, pero que pola contra non se sabe nada del a día de hoxe, a pesares de ser a mesma empresa que xestiona o dominio da web do candidato do Partido Popular.

Cando falamos de igualdade de todos os veciños diante do Concello, de eliminación dos privilexios e da política de intereses particulares, queremos ir máis ala de simples promesas electorais, aprobar normas que establezan como obriga a trasparencia na xestión do Concello, que fomenten a participación dos veciños e das asociacións no día a día do goberno e medidas para garantir en definitiva ese COMPROMISO DE HONRADEZ E ÉTICA NA ACCIÓN POLÍTICA.

Medidas como a Convocatoria Pública dos postos laborais; contratación de obras e subvencións do Concello, no que se tente,promoverase a priorización de contratación de empresas de Cambados ou que polo menos os empregados sexan veciños e veciñas da nosa vila. A Creación do Consello Local da Cultura con presenza das entidades culturais existentes do Concello, como órganos consultivos en materia de xestión cultural do Concello. A Creación do Consello Económico e Social para a participación dos comerciantes, representantes sindicais e Asociacións de empresarios na actividade municipal, con funcións de consulta e asesoramento en materia de medidas de creación de emprego e impulso da economía municipal. O Compromiso de acudir a cada unha das parroquias, para poder atender as demandas dos veciños e veciñas de tódalas parroquias de Cambados. O Establecemento dos ORZAMENTOS PARTICIPATIVOS, para que todas as asociacións e entidades poidan expoñer as súas necesidades e aportar as súas suxerencias na elaboración dos orzamentos anuais do Concello e as parroquias sexan consultadas vinculantemente a hora de acordar os investimentos prioritarios nas mesmas. O Compromiso de Transparencia na xestión e contas do Concello: Publicación na web municipal das actas dos plenos e comisións, dos ingresos percibidos polo alcalde, membros do goberno e concelleiros, así como dos orzamentos e contas municipais. Crear unha oficina de asesoramento o contribuínte na que se informen os veciños das distintas bonificacións que existen e se poden aplicar nos distintos impostos municipais. Transformar a páxina web municipal, facéndoa máis dinámica e interactiva, adaptala a Lei de Transparencia creando un portal local, a vez que se habilite unha sede electrónica eficiente e dinámica. O Establecemento dun regulamento para fomentar a participación veciñal, recollendo a posibilidade de intervir nos plenos, facer preguntas e rogos directamente ao equipo de Goberno, ou presentar iniciativas cidadáns para a súa aprobación pola corporación. Xa que de nada serve ser a voz do pobo se non establecemos medidas para poder escoitalos.
