SOMOS CAMBADOS propón que se outorgue a máxima distinción municipal ao Club Xuventude Baloncesto de Cambados. Consideramos que son moitos os méritos que concorren no Xuven para merecer tal distinción, entre eles a extraordinaria campaña realizada, clasificándose por primeira vez na súa historia para os play-offs de ascenso a Leb Ouro, e o feito de levar o nome de Cambados por toda a xeografía española, conseguindo que a nosa vila fora noticia por éxitos deportivos.

reunion xuvenA pesar de competir con equipos de cidades de moita máis poboación e cun presuposto moito maior, o Xuven demostrou que con esforzo e traballo pódese suplir calquera carencia.

SOMOS CAMBADOS quere recoñecer o traballo altruista de toda a xunta directiva e a entrega e profesionalidade do seu adestrador, corpo técnico e xogadores, que conseguiron un fito histórico no deporte cambadés ao situar ao Xuven entre os 40 mellores clubes de baloncesto a nivel estatal.

Ao tempo, queremos facer extensible a nosa felicitación e reocñecemento á numerosa afección que cada sábado abarrota O Pombal e aos pais e nais dos cento cincuenta nenos e nenas que se inician na práctica do baloncesto nas categorías inferiores do Xuven.

Tino Cordal, candidato á alcaldía por SOMOS CAMBADOS, manifestou que “hoxe o Xuven é un motivo de orgullo para todos os cambadeses e un exemplo para todos os nenos e nenas que practican deporte en Cambados. Gustaríanos que esta proposta fora compartida polo resto de forzas políticas cambadesas e por todas as asociacións dos distintos sectores sociais de Cambados, co obxecto de que fose unha proposta conxunta de toda a cidadanía cambadesa e non de unha forza política”.

SOMOS CAMBADOS reuniuse este luns con parte da directiva do Xuven para facerlle chegar as propostas en materia de deporte da plataforma veciñal e escoitar as demandas do club. Nos vindeiros días, o alcaldable de Somos Cambados tamén visitará os outros clubs deportivos da nosa vila.

Dende Somos Cambados trasladáronselle as nosas propostas en materia de Deporte que foron moi ben acollidas pola directiva do Xuven, como son entre outras: Instaurar un sistema de Bolsas económicas destinadas a aquelas familias que carezan de ingresos suficientes e non podan costear a práctica deportiva dos seus fillos, coa finalidade de que ningún neno deixe de practicar deporte por carecer de recursos económicos. Establecer bonificacións de impostos municipais ás empresas que patrocinen equipos deportivos de Cambados, para facilitar o financiamento tanto dos clubs deportivos como das escolas de deporte base. Crear unha Fundación Publica do Deporte na que estean representados todos os clubes cambadeses, coa finalidade de xestionar todo o relacionado co deporte municipal (instalacións deportivas, axudas municipais, compras de material deportivo en conxunto, etc.). Incrementar as axudas económicas aos clubs deportivos tomando como criterio prioritario o número de nenos e nenas que participan nas categorías inferiores.Promover a práctica deportiva de persoas con minusvalía, adaptando as instalacións municipais deportivas de cambados para as persoas con reducida mobilidade.
